Yoga To Look Hot In Your Beach Wear

Whenever we plan a holiday on beach we want to look stunningly beautiful in a swim suit. So extra fat should not show up on thighs , buttocks, legs  and the rest of the body. So Yoga is to be done so as to get a curvy, sexy and a proper shape.

1. For Abs-

Naukasana- strengthens muscles , abs

                     Lie on back

                     Raise legs by 45 degree

                     Raise  body along with arms to stretch , try to reach toes.

                     Do for 10 seconds, 10 times repeatedly

Kati naukasana- works on muscles on sides

                     Balance neck with one palm , reach left toe with right hand and vice-versa.

Halasana - strengthens inner thighs , abdomen

                      Lie on back

                      Support  lower back with palms

                      Raise feet at 90 degree angle with ground

                       Bend legs backward , reach behind head

                        Do 10 times repeatedly

2. For Calf, thigh-

Veerbhadrasana- strengthens calf , thigh muscles

                        Stand with feet up to three feet apart.

                        Turn left foot outwards

                        Raise arms, join palms, form a namaste above head

                        Twist body to left

                         Do 8 times repeatedly

Half bridge -strengthens spine, thighs

                         Lie on back , bend knees with feet placing a feet apart

                         Put palms on ground , raise hips and  lower back off ground

                         After 10 seconds bring lower hips to original position

                         Do 10 times repeatedly

3. Buttocks-        Standing with feet at shoulder width apart

                        Bend body forward, raise left leg behind, extend right arm forward

                        Do for 10 seconds , 12 times repeatedly

4. Back –

Dhanurasana- Lie on stomach , chin on the floor

                        Bend both legs at knees, toe should point towards head

                        Raise arms, reaching out, hold toes while raising chin, chest off the floor.

                        Do for 10 seconds , 10 times repeatedly.
