With all beauty magazines and sites covering up the Emmys
2012, we too thought the aEsThEtIcS readers should not be missing out all that
happened at Emmys – specially in the beauty and styling departments. Obviously,
we just cant get enough of the fashion dose from the Emmy Awards 2012. We
picked out a few celebs who stole our hearts, the moment we saw them! Enjoy!
Nicole Kidman
Okay first i must confess, i am not so liking this look of
Nicole, but i guess she is the perfect lady with whom the post can be started.
Nicole Kidman is one of the most beautiful woman i have ever seen, however, at
the Emmy’s she looked a bit down when compared to other’s lavish and elaborate
arrangements of dressing up and makeup.
She has gone for straightened strands, and has put on blue
eyeliner on the lower lashline to match with her Antonio Berardi dress.
Christina Hendricks
Curvaceous babe Christina was the real showstopper. She is
the one personality who was not excluded from any coverage of Emmys by news
portals all over the world. Christian Siriano gown which Christina had worn, is
not only elegant but too sexy! She slightly tousled her curly mane, and as for
the makeup, clinged onto her favourite crimson shaded lips.
Kelly Osbourne
Kelly is in the news right after the Emmys for all the wrong
reasons – she has been criticized severely for indulging in an expensive and
extravagant diamond manicure. However, i am quite charmed with her looks! She
is one of the best looking women of the event.
Be it her lilac hair, the orchid eyeliner, the purple
outfit, Kelly Osbourne is certainly worth spending dollars on her nails!
Padma Lakshmi
When it comes to the film and modelling industry, Padma
Lakshmi is unique personality, who is so bold not to hide her scar on the right
hand. Such boldness is very rarely seen in media personalities – and thats the
reason Padma is so popular among her fans!
She wore Monique Lhuillier gown for the Emmys, and gave in
for bouncy wavy hair. She chose warm shades for her makeup, which made her look
like a goddess!
Leslie Mann
Leslie chose turquoise blue as her color for the event. From
the bracelet, earrings till eyeliner, she was all in Turquoise. Of course the
Naeem Khan dress cant go unnoticed! And for the hair, she did a texturized bun.
January Jones
She went on to make a bold statement at the Emmys 2012 by
going for cobalt blue eyeshadow on the eyes and minimal makeup with a deep
side-parting low bun updo.
Allison Williams
Allison looked extremely polished and chic, as she swept
back her hair, so as to draw attention on metallic eyes having a hint of blue
and rimmed in black totally.
Sofia Vergara
Whenever Sofia appears in any public event, she makes sure
to look a bombshell. This time too, she rocked the look. With the flirty girly
look, Sofia Vergara created a long lasting impression on the onlookers minds.
Zooey Deschanel
Zooey went in for a vintage look, however added a twist of
her own into the look. The bright pink pucker, with the baby blue dress made
her look vintagish yet modern.
Kate Mara
Kate Mara came with a soft pinky pout and winged eyeliner on
the peepers. For the hair, she parted her wavy hair at the side, and then
braided it loosely. To set the look off completely, she chose to wear Badgley
Mischka dress.
Gretchen Mol
Gretchen attended the award show in red Valentino. She went
in for a classic beautiful look by pinning up her wavy hair to side.
Kat Dennings
Kat’s look at the Emmys is one of my personal favourites, so
i kept it for the last. She created a classic romantic look with the crimson
lips and gown from oxblood J.Mendel. To complete the look, she put on a golden
chain over her curly hair.
