Throw away Sagginess - Be Fit And Younger!

Loss in weight suddenly over a short term and in an unhealthy manner results in sagging skin. The sagging of skin happens in unwanted and wrong areas in human body. The expanded skin and the beneath fat are lost due to quick weight loss which makes stretch marks and sags the skin. The loose skin is not pleasant in seeing and needs maintenance. The loose skin provides a lanky feeling and worst effect after losing more kilos of weight. There are many tips and ideas to avoid sagging of skin after a sudden loss in weight.
The sagging skin gives a feeling of being overweight even after losing many kilos. The tightening makes the person feel comfortable and also fit into perfect sized clothes. The weight should not be reduced suddenly and also an increase and decrease in weight of more than 10 kilos should not be frequently done. Scrubbers can be used to scrub the sagged skin after the weight loss. Massage therapy, certain creams, wraps, drinking more water and daily exercises can reduce the sagginess in  skin. The sagging mainly happens in stomach, upper arms, shoulder and lower thighs. At worst cases, a minor surgery or plastic surgery can remove the sagging in skin.

  2. NOT SO EASY TO LOOSE WEIGHT AND ALL. IN PRACTICAL IT TAKES A LOOONG TIME :( AND I DONT HAVE SO MUCH OF PATIENCE FOR IT TO WAIT AND SEE RESULTS
