Review : Himalaya Purifying Neem Face Wash

This product is advertised widely in television these days so i thought of picking this up and reviewing it. Well one of my relatives have been using it for years, and loves this Himalaya Purifying Neem Face Wash, so whenever i go to their house, i get to use the face-wash of hers. This time i thought of buying one for myself and using it, if i don’t like i can always give it away to the relative.

Price of Himalaya Purifying Neem Face Wash is INR Rs 115 for 150 ml. The face wash comes in a tube packaging with flip-open cap. The consistency is medium and it is light green in color. Also the face wash has a fragrance which is kind of fresh and nice, nothing strong.

What Himalaya claims about Himalaya Purifying Neem Face Wash : Purifying Neem Face Wash is a soap-free herbal formulation that gently removes impurities and prevents pimples. Enriched with Neem and Turmeric.
Neem , well known for its antibacterial properties, helps in controlling acne and pimples, and their recurrence.
Further, when combined with Turmeric , it effectively eliminates acne-causing bacteria.

The face wash forms enough lather. And after washing my face with Himalaya Purifying Neem Face Wash i feel my facial skin is cleansed and fresh. Though it cleans the face well, it wont dry out the skin, therefore suitable for sensitive or dry skinned bellas too. But as i have oily skin, the oiliness comes back within half an hour or so, and this face wash cant stop the pimples appearing now and then on my skin.

A decent product, as the price is affordable. But i wont be re-purchasing this Himalaya Purifying Neem Face Wash.
