Who does not want soft supple skin? Everyone. But then as we age, and grow older, the skin will require some extra help to stay firm. Due to old age and also stress, the skin begins to sag. In order to get the best skin, you don’t need to invest a lot of money over cosmetic counters. There are several home remedies which can help your skin to be firm and supple.

1.     Honey + Fennel : Both of these ingredients do have anti-ageing properties in them. Your skin will feel better as well as be more firm and tight, if you use a mixture of honey and fennel on the skin. To make the mixture, take 5 teaspoonful of fennel seeds and immerse it in 1/4th rose water. Now keep this mixture for 24 hours aside. Then take a cheesecloth to filter away the seeds, and then add 1 teaspoon honey to the remaining mixture. Stir the whole thing, and then put it on the skin, and keep it for 30 minutes or so. After that, rinse it off!

2.     Grapeseed Oil : This oil is used for skin care. And this oil works best to make the skin firmer. Grapeseed oil contains a large amount of tannin, fruit acids, vitamins; which produces collagen and elastin in the skin. This definitely helps the skin to look healthy and tight. Apply the grapeseed oil just as you apply a moisturiser, but make sure its pure and cold-pressed. Keep it overnight on the skin, since the skin takes more time to absorb the grapeseed oil.

3.     Green Tea : Green tea can help firming the skin as its rich in anti-oxidants. It also reduces irritation and redness on the skin, so ladies with sensitive skin too can use this. Brew a cup of green tea, and let it cool to room temperature. Now put the green tea on the refrigerator, and you can use twice daily. This green tea spritzer can be used while you are out too. However, ensure you use cold green tea, and discard the tea after every 48 hours, and make some new spritzer for your skin.
