Today i am going to review the VOV
Eyeshadow & Eyeliner Pencil 2in1 in the color gray. I have not
been using it for quite a long time, because i am very disappointed with it.
Anyways, i paid INR Rs 80 for the eye pencil. I don’t know the exact price of
the pencil because nothing is printed in its body, also it did not come with a
separate packaging.
The VOV Eyeshadow
& Eyeliner Pencil 2in1 is not at all pigmented. I have go on and
on, back and forth with the pencil on my eyes, and still i cant get a prominent
bold line. The pencil is a retractable pencil, so i don’t need to sharpen it.
But after a few days of using it, i found the lead comes out fully when
twisted. So, i have stopped using the eye pencil.
The VOV Eyeshadow
& Eyeliner Pencil 2in1 did not come with a price tag, so its
very difficult to ascertain the real price of it. However, the grey color when
mixed with black kohl gives a quite interesting smokey look! The pencil is
however, not waterproof or water-resistant, and comes off with simple rubbing.
I know they come off by simple rubbing..:)
