After a long time, am back to blogging. So today’s first
review would be on Assure Face Pack For Normal to Oily Skin. Its a plastic tube
which contains 60 g of product. It costs INR Rs 160. The product is green in
color as you can see in the picture below.
What Assure claims about the Assure Natural Glow Face Pack ?
: An oil-free, skin-clearing mask for the prevention and treatment of acne, it
helps eliminate blemishes, reduces excess oil and provides a matt effect on
surface shine. Natural sea-silt and oil-controlling extracts, antibacterial
agents and salicylic acid deliver powerful astringent benefits while refining
skin texture.
Directions : Apply a thin layer to cleansed face. Avoid
contact with eyes and mouth. Leave on for 3-5 minutes; let it dry and then wash
off with water.
Ingredients : Glycerin, Kaolin, Bentonite, Dimethicone,
Isopropyl Palmitate, Titanium Dioxide etc.
Coming to the review of the Assure Natural Glow Face Pack.
Now one tube lasts for over a month, and i did not use it regularly. Its very
easy to use face pack, as there is no trouble of mixing it up with rose water
and stirring and all other procedure. Its ready to use, and packed in the tube.
Hence, lazy people like me would prefer this kind of face packs for sure.
However, i did not find this to be helpful in controlling the oiliness of my
skin. Also it did not quite work well on the acne scars and blemishes on my
skin.
The Assure Natural Glow Face Pack for Normal to Oily Skin is
fine if you are just looking to spend your time in front of the mirror. Its
practically a good for nothing product and even though the price is not a lot,
but its a complete wastage of the 160 bucks which could have been spent better.
Not gonna try anything from Assure in near future i guess.
