Today's review is about The Body Shop Cocoa Butter Lip Care Stick. It comes in a mini-stick shaped container, and weighs 4.2g and is priced at INR Rs 350. It is just a tube with roll on back, which needs to be twisted to get the product out on top and got a transparent cap on top as cover. The product inside is colorless. It got a nice sweet smell which when you apply on your lips you get the smell of chocolate while applying which fades away and a faint vanilla or coconut smell stays for sometime.
What The Body Shop claims about The Body Shop Cocoa Butter Lip Care Stick ? : This balm in a stick contains real cocoa butter. It leaves lips moisturised and kissably soft.
Creamy butter-like texture.
Leaves lips soft.
How to use : Apply as required throughout the day.
I have been using this The Body Shop Cocoa Butter Lipbalm for a while now. I already told you about the amazing sweet fragrance. It is also very light-weight when you apply on the lips, you wont feel any kind of greasiness or stickiness, thats really a great relief for people who avoid lipbalms just because they hate stickiness. The texture of the lipbalm is really smooth and silky and glides on very well on the lips. One coat is enough to last for half day if you are not having any food. You may have to reapply if you have very dry chapped lips, otherwise for normal lips, twice a day application would be more than enough. The lips feel very soft and hydrated all day long, and then there is no glossiness on the top, so thats a good thing if you dont like glossy lips. The packaging is totally travel-friendly so you can carry it around.
The Body Shop Cocoa Butter Lip Care Stick is a bit high-priced compared to the other lipbalms available in the market, but then quality always comes with a price. It does not make the lips white, and does not have any taste. I absolutely cannot think of a single complaint right now regarding this TBS lipbalm, and definitely i would love to repurchase few other varieties of TBS lipbalm.
