Back again after a long time and I am going to review the Bblunt Salon Secret High Shine Crème Hair Colour today. The outer packaging is light blue in color and looks simple and neat. I got the shade 4.31 Coffee Natural Brown. It costs just INR Rs 89.

The Bblunt Salon Secret High Shine Crème Hair Colour kit contains :

How to use ? : Put on the gloves and open the tubes marked Colourant, Developer. Squeeze the entire content of the Colourant and Developer tubes into a non-metallic bowl along with both the Shine Tonic sachets. Now using a tinting brush, mix it together until its creamy and smooth. Apply the mixture immediately on your hair with a tinting brush. Leave in for 30 minutes. You can leave it in for 45 minutes if you want darker shade. Add a small amount of water and emulsify the product, then keep adding water and emulsify for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water till the water runs clear. Use your favourite shampoo and conditioner and shampoo your hair as usual.

Now what I felt after I made one of my relatives try this on in front of me is what I am going to mention here. After the entire process was completed, I could see Bblunt Salon Secret High Shine Crème Hair Colour living upto its one of the claims, full grey coverage. And yes there were no greys. Not just that, the hair also got a bit of shine, which I guess was due to the shine tonic. And overall the hair looked well pampered and styled. Now coming to the staying power of the color, it does not stay for almost 2 months, but you can expect it to stay for several weeks if you have less grey. And I believe for best results, it is recommended to use the Bblunt shampoo and conditioner with this, which I did not have.

The hair absolutely felt soft and looked shiny after the application of Bblunt Salon Secret High Shine Crème Hair Colour. This hair color comes in 7 shades which are as follows –

1 Black, 2.10 Blueberry Blue Black, 3 Chocolate Dark Brown, 4.31 Coffee Natural Brown, 5.32 Honey Light Golden Brown, 4.56 Mahogany Reddish Brown, 4.20 Wine Deep Burgundy. Now as mentioned previously, I got the natural brown shade. Which looked almost black when applied and washed on hair. It got a nice smell, and since the company says the color is ammonia free, I believe no damage would be caused to the hair if one applies this. A safe affordable and better hair color choice indeed.

I like the Bblunt Salon Secret High Shine Crème Hair Colour and would purchase this again if I think of doing hair color again (since I don’t apply any type of color on my hair yet). This is pocket friendly, does not contain harmful chemicals and also stays on the hair long giving it a nice salon like finish, and all that with such an affordable price tag. Also, if you use it just to color some parts of your hair, then one pack will easily last for 2 times usage. The only thing which I can say does not fall in my likes list regarding this product, is of course that if someone got lot of greys then this color does not stay long enough, and would need touch ups after 2 weeks or so. Rest are all fine.
