Try a 30 days raw food diet. It is enormously beneficial for bulky individuals, and for grinding down those spiking acid and toxin levels causing you so much trouble. Try to switch to a complete raw food diet in 7 days, gradually decreasing cooked food intake every day. Hankering for cooked food will bother for the first few days of complete switch. But after you power through, it’s all smooth sailing. Stay away from meat though; they have more chances of being contaminated. Sushi is not for everyday, my friend. You will find reduced craving for sweet stuff, you will eat more, but will find yourself lighter on the scale, EVERYDAY, within a few days of switching to raw food diet. It is advised you maintain a log to track your progress. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, milk shakes etc. You will find increased energy and stamina with raw food diet. Probably the best part of this process is the weight loss, without making you sick or anorexic! You will get glowing skin and fabulous hair; it’s like nature’s way of thanking you when you embrace her unhampered form, an added benefit of raw food diet. However, after completing the trial raw food diet, the minimum cooked food you take; the better you will keep yourself. Keep both the transitions smooth, and at the end, you will be glad you tried it!
