How to get rid of under eye bags

Face is the identity of oneself. And eyes make a whole lot of difference to each one of our faces. Therefore it is very much essential to take care of your eyes properly. One of the common problems which many of us face are the under eye bags. Now, there are a lot of simple way with the help of which you can get cured of the bags under the eyes. So if you wanna look attractive and more beautiful, read on!

Potatoes – To reduce bags under the eyes, potatoes are one of the best options available. Mix a bit of yogurt with potatoes to get a better result. Take half of a potato, grate it and then mix it with 2 spoonful plain yogurt. Refrigerate the mixture for not less than 2 hours, then you can pat it under the eyes. Keep it on for 20 minutes or so and then rinse it off with lukewarm water.

Tea Bags – Tea bags is another natural cure for treating under eye bags. Tea bags have tannins which is basically a natural astringent. Regular application reduces puffiness of the eye area and makes the skin around the eyes firmer. Dip 2 tea bags in a cup of hot water for at least 6 minutes. After that, take the bags out, cover them with a tissue paper or some paper and compress it over the eyes for at least 5 minutes. Do this every day for at least 2 to 3 weeks to get the desired result.


Salt Water Mixture – Take half cup of hot water and put 4 tablespoonful of salt in it. Keep it for 5 minutes so that the salt particles get dissolved. Now, take cotton pads and soak them in this mixture. Remove any excess water from the cotton pads and put them onto your eyes. Leave them for 8 to 10 minutes. Make sure your eyes are closed! You must do this every day.

Cucumber – Cucumber can reduce the under eye bags and keep the eyes fresh all day. Take half of a cucumber and slice it. Place one cucumber slice to one eye and another slice for another eye. Leave it for 15 minutes to 20 minutes. Regular usage can de-puff your eye area.
Also avoid too much intake of salt in food. Junk food is totally a big NO-NO. Also soy intake is to be restricted. Go for those food items which contain very less of sodium in it.
