Cleanse
the back - The first step which you need to follow
to treat back acne is to wash your back well. The area must be cleansed daily
and of course with right products. To wash your back, you need to find such
body wash which contains acne-fighting elements like benzoyl peroxide,
salicylic acid. Tea-tree oil is a natural alternative.
Exfoliate
the area - To slough off the dead skin cells, you
need to exfoliate. This also helps in fading away of the acne marks at the
back. You can purchase a good body scrub available in the market or make a
scrub at home by getting a mixture of equal amounts of virgin olive oil and
sugar.

But then exfoliating the back is not as easy as
exfoliating the face is. You need to be flexible and it will take a lot of
effort too. In case you cant reach your back, then buy a body brush with long
handle, this will help you to exfoliate your back.
Cover
up the scars with concealer - The above mentioned
processes of cleansing as well as exfoliating the back will deliver you the
desired results, but yes that would take some time. Now, if you are looking for
an instant remedy, as you badly wanna wear that backless dress tonight, then go
for a heavy concealer. It would help you to cover up the scars left by acne.
Have you ever tried out Dermablend? As per various beauty journals, this
product can even hide birthmark or hyperpigmentation. So you need a product of
this kind.
