REVIEW : Dermalogica Overnight Repair Serum

I have this Dermalogica Overnight Repair Serum in my bag kept separately for review for the last 3 months now, however i have always missed this out while reviewing. Anyways, today finally i will be reviewing the Dermalogica serum. The outer packaging is paper made, silver gray in color. There comes an outer with the top and bottom open, with a tray inside, where the tiny little white bottle with silver cap lies. The product costs INR Rs 4995 for a 15 ml pack. Expensive!

Ingredients : Sunflower seed oil, Jasmine oil, Clove flower oil, Orange peel oil, Carrot seed oil, Lemon peel oil, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Salicylate, Geraniol, Limonene, Eugenol, etc.

What Dermalogica claims about the Dermalogica Overnight Repair Serum ? : Powerful peptide serum with argan and rose oils helps stimulate cellular repair overnight. Maximize night time skin repair to help minimize fine lines and increase luminosity. Now, since this product is damn expensive, i gave my mother to try this out alongwith the Dermalogica Pure Night ChromaWhite TRx (read review here), so she would blend both the products together and apply it every night before retiring to bed. So a little drop of the serum would be enough since she was mixing both the products. However, i guess it will be more effective if you use this alone. Dermalogica Overnight Repair Serum is just like oil, no color, no smell. When you first take it on your palm, it appears to be a bit greasy or sticky but soon after it absorbs on the face, and the stickiness vanishes! So, whether you have super oily skin or dry skin or combination skin, you can definitely try this one out. This serum is very helpful to maintain the texture of the skin, because i have seen no more new fine lines appearing on the surface of the skin. Also the already there wrinkles and crow’s feet and lines on the face appeared to be less visible. Skin felt baby soft!

Though, Dermalogica Overnight Repair Serum is a quite expensive skincare product for some of the people like me, but its worth trying. When we want quality, we cannot compromise with anything. And quality products always cost more. So, yes if i can manage to pay another 5000 in near future, definitely i shall buy another one for my mom.

Dermalogica is one such skincare brand which has always amazed me. And trust me, this is not a paid review or anything, but i always write honestly what i feel. And am happy with the results!
